These terms govern your use of Item 2.04, a credit-event alerting service operated by Sparnus Group LLC ("we", "us"), located at 2093 Philadelphia Pike #1764, Claymont, DE 19703.

Data sources

All alerts are derived from public filings available through the SEC's EDGAR system. We make no warranty of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the underlying data or our processing of it.

Not advice

Item 2.04 is an information service. Nothing we send constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on any alert.

Licence and usage

A Seat plan licence entitles one named individual to receive and use the alerts. A Team plan licence covers up to five named email recipients within the same organisation. Alerts may not be redistributed, forwarded systematically, or republished outside the subscribing organisation.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Trial

The trial plan provides full access for 60 days at no charge. At the end of the trial period, alerts are paused until you subscribe to a paid plan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
