This policy describes how Sparnus Group LLC ("we", "us"), located at 2093 Philadelphia Pike #1764, Claymont, DE 19703, handles data for the Item 2.04 service.

What we store

When you subscribe, we store: your email address, organisation name, watchlist of company identifiers (CIKs and tickers), delivery preferences, and a log of alerts sent to you (dates, signal types, and delivery status). If you pay through Stripe, we store your Stripe customer identifier but not your payment card details.

How we use your data

Your email and preferences are used solely to deliver Item 2.04 alerts and digests. Watchlist data determines which signals are routed to you. Delivery logs are retained for operational monitoring and to prevent duplicate alerts.

No sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use Resend to deliver email and Stripe to process payments. These services receive only the data necessary to perform their functions. We do not share your watchlist or alert content with any third party.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing tony@item204.com. We will process deletion requests within five business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
